How To Become A Client
You have enough stuff going on in your life right now that is difficult. So I put a lot of effort into making it very easy to work with me as your Chicago bankruptcy lawyer. These are the steps to become my client as quickly and as easily as possible:
- There are certain disclosures that the law requires that I provide to you. You can download and print these disclosures by clicking these links: 342(b) & 527(a) notice and 527(b) notice. I keep these signed disclosures in every prospective client’s file. Signing them doesn’t commit you to anything, it’s just an acknowledgment that you received them. We’ll go over these disclosures during our consultation.
- Download the Initial Consultation Agreement. This sets forth exactly what I provide during the consultation and confirms in writing that it is absolutely free with no obligation.
- Give me a call at (773) 701-4050 or contact me online and I’ll get in touch with you. We can have the consultation in person at my Lake View office, or over the phone – whichever is more convenient for you. If you’d like a telephone consultation, you can fax or scan and email the disclosures and consultation agreement. If you prefer to meet in person, just bring them when you come. I would be happy to arrange an evening appointment if meeting during business hours is difficult.
That’s all there is to it! It’s that easy to determine if filing for bankruptcy is the appropriate solution for your debt problems. Get in touch with me today to get started.
